The Garlic Scape Pesto is a recipe we lovingly created with our friends at North 44 Kitchen. We are thrilled with how it turned out! This pesto is made with our garlic scapes, greens from Boundless Farms, organic ingredients and no preservatives. Garlic scapes (the flowering stalk of the garlic plant) provide a mild and fresh garlic flavor, while the kale and almonds give it a little sweetness. Use this spread any way you would use pesto (on pasta, in sandwhiches, as a dip with crackers, on morning eggs!) Each 6 oz container comes frozen. Ingredients include: organic olive oil, Boundless Farmstead kale & basil, Deschutes Canyon Garlic scapes, organic almonds, parmesan, lemon juice, salt.
