Cascade Cannery

Cascades Cannery is a food preservation initiative based in Central Oregon. We partner with local farms to reduce food loss, increase food security, while creating value-added products that nourish our community year-round. Every jar carries the story of the growers who made it possible, ensuring farmers remain visible and valued.

By capturing flavor at its peak, we create food that sustains health, uplifts farmers, and builds lasting security across Central Oregon — be part of the preservation.

Expected Products: Shelf-stable foods made with local farm surplus produce including Tomato Basil Marinara, Jam/s, Fermented Sauerkraut, and possibly Pickled Beets, Pickled Radish, Pickled Peppers.
