In the mid 90’s the folks bought an overgrown farm along the Mckenzie River to keep their kids out of trouble. The fields were full of weeds and brambles and the barn was leaning. but the kids could eat berries all day and fish in the river.

The whole family worked to remove the weeds and brambles and build the soil, and then some years later, the kids took over the farm.

Now the 2nd generation Jack and Hayley, live in the old farm house. Jack and a small crew continue to battle the weeds in the same fields.

Over the past 35 years we’ve found that cold, clean water, good soil and tenacious farmers can grow some pretty good food

Expected products: Sweet potatoes, potatoes, cabbage, frozen and dried blueberries, squash, leeks, winter radish.
