This mix is predominantly purple heart daikon, but features some red kings and green luobos as well. Daikons are one of those great vegetables that stores well, but is incredibly tasty raw for a very long time. Crunchy, sweet, a little spicy. Daikons are also great roasted. Roasting helps mellow the spicy aspects and really brings out the sweetness.
