Boundless Winter Squash 20lb box, 2 options

from $35.00
  • Spaghetti Squash Box- Great used as a noodle substitute, stuffed and baked, or just tossed into everyday dishes for some extra nutrients (think spaghetti squash quesadillas or egg scrambles).

  • Mixed Squash Box containing- acorn, butternut, spaghetti, tetsukabuto, and “orange cutie” kabocha

    • In Japanese, Tetsukabuto means "Iron Helmet." This squash has an incredible storage life (8+ months) and just gets sweeter and sweeter with age. This is our favorite squash on the farm. A cross between a kabocha and a butternut.

    • Orange Cutie Kabocha doubles as food and decoration, as it is so dang cute! Keep it on your table as your center piece until you are ready to bake it for pies, quick breads, and soups. (My dogs also love it in their homemade dog biscuits)

    • We grow “Starry Night” and “Autumn Delight” acorn squash, both amazing for baking whole with cinnamon, maple syrup, and maybe a hint of cayenne, and then enjoyed straight out of the skin. Yum.
