Jackson's Corner Bakery
In 2014, we opened our Eastside location with a small baking & pastry nook. We began by making brioche burger buns for our once-as-week Burger Night, but quickly expanded to making brioche loaves for our French toast. In 2016, an expansion to our westside location allowed us to focus and hone our bread program. With room for a full production bakery, we set out to make bread with the best possible ingredients. Inspired by the new wave of artisanal, naturally leavened, and fermented breads, we work hard to bring fresh, warm bread to your table every day.
A majority of our bread is made with whole grain flour from Camas Country mill here in Oregon. Their flour has no additives, zero enrichment, and no pesticides or chemicals used in the growing process.
Expected products: country loaf, house loaf, cinnamon raisin loaf, baguette, brioche buns, pasta, cookies, pasta sauce, and holiday sign ups.
